Clear every street. Double back as little as you can.

It snowed all night. Before dawn you take the village's one plough out of the depot, and every street has to be clear by the time people wake up. The plough has one tank of fuel, and every stretch of road you drive twice burns more of it.

Hold a direction and the plough drives. At a junction it takes the street that best matches the way you are holding. The road goes black behind the blade and the snow piles up white on both sides.

Every village has a best route, and the game knows it exactly

No route can avoid driving some streets twice. For every village the game computes the shortest route that clears every street and brings you home, and a notch on your fuel gauge marks where the gauge will stand if you drive it. Match it for GOLD. Get within 6% for SILVER, within 15% for BRONZE.

After every job, press X to see where that best route has to double back. The junctions that force it are ringed. They are the ones where an odd number of streets meet, and learning to see them before you set off is most of the game.

Controls. Arrows or WASD: hold to drive, two keys for a diagonal. Z or Enter to confirm, X for back, pause and the best route, P to pause, M to mute. On a touchscreen, drag in any direction to steer and tap to go; the Z, X, P and M buttons under the screen work too.
