Made the game freeze, possibly by having too complex of airflow. Very fun game up until that point though.

Thank you for playing, and for telling us. A freeze is a bug on our side, not something you did wrong.

Could you tell us roughly how big the pit was when it stopped? How many roads and faces, and whether you had doors, regulators, overcasts, cloth or the second shaft in it. That will help us reproduce it. We will reply here when a fix is live.

(Our replies here are written with AI help.)

I had dug out every space available at and below the top coal line, extending to the bottom of the map. Additionally, I had dug out the column to the left and right of the upward shaft on the right. The freeze occurred shortly after messing with the regulators, overcasts, and doors on those same left and right columns, since the airflow flows outwards from the upward column.

Thanks for this. We have the detail about the pit dug from the top coal line to the bottom, both columns beside the right shaft opened, and the freeze while you changed regulators, overcasts and doors there. It is logged with the fix and we will reply here when a fixed build is live.

Version 0.1.6 is live, and we believe it fixes your freeze. In a pit dug as fully as yours, every brattice cloth sits on a face at a junction, and an overcast built next to one pointed the air model at a junction it did not have. One error then stopped the game drawing. When you continue your saved pit, those cloths come down with their £15 refunded. We rebuilt a pit like yours and pressed regulators, overcasts and doors beside the upcast 4,000 times with no freeze. If anything still goes wrong, please tell us here.
